Let’s Start with the Basics:

Place your order by 16:00 GMT (Monday to Friday) if you’d like us to begin processing it the very same working day.
Getting your parcel ready to ship takes 0–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details by email.
Delivery takes 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
All UK orders come with free delivery included.

Need to Cancel or Change Your Order?
If you’ve changed your mind or something has come up, you can cancel or update your order before it is dispatched. Just email us at info@nuvanestudio.co.uk. Please note that once we’ve started processing or shipped your order, no changes can be made.

How Our Ordering and Delivery Process Works
Curious about how it all runs? Once you’ve placed and paid for your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are picked up for processing the same working day. When your order is on its way, you’ll get a second email with tracking details so you can follow its journey and look forward to its arrival. Delivery takes 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

If There’s a Problem with Your Delivery
Should your parcel arrive damaged or not match what you ordered, please contact us straight away at info@nuvanestudio.co.uk. We’ll step in quickly to put things right, and we’re very sorry for any trouble this may cause.

If Your Order Is Delayed
We’re sorry if your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe. Please check the tracking page and allow an extra 2 working days. If your order still hasn’t turned up, drop us a line at info@nuvanestudio.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate.
