Return and Refund Policy

Let’s Start with the Basics:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.

  • There are no restocking fees, but return postage costs are your responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 days once your return has been approved.

  • How to Start a Return

    We’re sorry to hear your order didn’t work out. To begin the process, please email us at info@nuvanestudio.co.uk. Include your order number and a short note explaining why you’d like to return the item. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

  • What Happens Next?

    Please pack your return carefully and make sure all labels, tags, and packaging that came with your order are included. Without these, we won’t be able to process the return. We recommend using a postal service that offers online tracking. Until your parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.

  • Getting Your Refund

    The part everyone waits for – once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued within 7 working days. It will be sent back to you using the same payment method you used at checkout.

  • Want to Exchange Instead?

    Picked the wrong size or colour? No problem. Email us within 30 days of delivery at info@nuvanestudio.co.uk. We’ll check availability of the item you’d like and agree the next steps with you.

  • If There’s a Problem with Your Delivery

    Should your parcel arrive damaged or not match what you ordered, please contact us straight away at info@nuvanestudio.co.uk. We’ll step in quickly to put things right, and we’re very sorry for any trouble this may cause.

  • Need to Cancel or Change Your Order?

    If you’ve changed your mind or something has come up, you can cancel or update your order before it is dispatched. Just email us at info@nuvanestudio.co.uk. Please note that once we’ve started processing or shipped your order, no changes can be made.
